The Lunch
The DUXIANA is the place to go for lunch and we will never let you down. The lunch menu changes weekly and consists of the best the season can offer, locally sourced and prepared with great care. Needless to say, we also have vegetarian dishes every week.

Pan-fried salmon, lime & yoghurt sauce, pickled cucumber, baby carrots & rosted potatoes

Classic meatballs, lingon berries, pressed cucumber, cream sauce & potatoe purée
Thursday
"Isterband" sausage, homemade mustard, pickled beetroot, parsley-creamed potatoes
Friday
Beef tartare

"Raggmunk" potato pancake, deep fried halloumi, lingon with vanilla & browned butter
Pointed cabbage au gratin, quinoa, spinach, browned butter, rosted hazelnuts & Gruyére
